Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns beyond this period.
- We offer exchanges for size adjustments or store credit in the form of a gift card, with the exception of final sale items.
- Exchanges are limited to the same item in alternate sizes subject to availability.
Return Conditions
- To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached, neatly folded in the tote bag provided.
- Please note that shipping costs, as well as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable.
- Australian customers returning domestic orders will receive a prepaid postage return label. However, a $10 postage fee will be deducted from the gift card amount.
- International customers are responsible for arranging return postage at their own expense through their preferred shipping provider. We recommend utilizing trackable shipping services.
Processing and Price Adjustments
- Our team endeavours to process returns promptly, aiming to complete the process within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please anticipate potential processing delays for Sale/Discount/Promotion items.
- We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide price adjustments for promotions and discounts. These offers cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before or after the promotion period.
Lost or Missing Returns
Please note that lost or missing returns fall outside the responsibility of Secrets of the East. We strongly advise utilizing trackable return shipping services to ensure the safe delivery of your return to our warehouse.
